never, ever, eeever.
do you feel the same?  like it just doesn’t stop?  and you’re busy busy busy.   all the time, there’s smth to be finished, launched, changed, amended, fixed, replaced, rethought, read, re-read, rewrote, replied, and a myriad of other verbs.  all the time.
when i hear people are bored, and look for smth – anything – to do, it’s like they speak Chinese to me. bored?  never was, even for a minute, for yeeeears.  there just seems to be SO MUCH to do, always.
it is crazy, killer rhythm.  it runs you dry and even burns you out.   it takes all of your time. “free” time.  it consumes you in and out. so damn right, Seth, a monster of a challenge.
but complain, you dont.  you know it well.  that work you have, that load, that never-ever, you create it with your own hands.  you create it for yourself, and BY yourself.  and you realize it, yet you keep the pace.
“it aint easy, but it’s a whole lotta fun.”
PS:  on the same note, how do you know your team’s best talent?  look at what they churn out.  look at what they initiate themselves. and look at what they do when “work” during the work day is done.

never, ever, eeever.
